Session 61 - Defeat of a dragon and her children

Day 81, 21 Flamerule, continued

While the party looted the bodies of the fallen, another group of Githyanki attacked, but were defeated.

The party returned to the level above, and rested in the secret room near Netherskull's lair.

Day 82, 22 Flamerule 

The group returned to the crystal lair.  They found a portal, opened by Casey using the black rod found on the corpse of the Githyanki riding the dragon.  On the otherside, after a disappointing encounter with an illusory pile of treasure, they found real treasure, guarded by more dragons.  After killing one, the other fled, but returned shortly with its mother.  A couple of telling blows from Meera finished it off, and the party looted.  After the party conversed with a nearby blind githyanki, the gith killed itself in despair.  The party realised that they were not in Undermountain, but on an asteroid...
