Session 47 - Minotaur temple
Day 68, 8 Flamerule continued
The party headed into a strange cavernous temple where minotaurs were performing a strange dancing ritual. The fight with the minotaurs was made more difficult when their leader blew on a horn, summoning some spectral minotaurs.
Near the end of the fight, Horatio succumbed to a curse of bloodlust. Gobbo, Mumble's lackey, was also slain. Horatio was rendered unconscious, and the curse removed. The party returned to their inn to sleep.
Day 69, 9 Flamerule
Returning to the layer with minotaurs, the party continued exploring.
They came across a barrier of thick, steel-like web cables, which would have likely been difficult for the minotaurs to pass through easily. On the otherside, they came across a large cavern with a fortress, populated by drow. Drow from a guard tower were engaged, and some defeated. A couple of Vrocks also joined the battle.
